Shipping Address for Exchanges & Returns
To return your unused and unwashed items, please mail the items to our returns to our warehouse
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are damaged or defective on arrival at our own expense. Please take a photo and send it to hello@flaxlinen.com along with your order number to initiate an exchange. If you would like to exchange for size or color, please let us know in your email the items you are looking to exchange are available. Upon request we can also issue you a store credit for use at a later date.
Refunds
Once we received your returned item and inspected it, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your refund has been issued. If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you applied a promo code at the time of your purchase, we will only refund you for the total amount paid after the discount was applied.
Please note, custom orders, clearance or sale priced items and fabrics sold by yardage are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the items have arrive to you in damaged or defective condition. Used or washed items are also not eligible for refund.
If the items were paid for using a gift card purchased on www.Flaxlinen.com, a new gift card will be issue email on record for the total amount of the refund.
Missing refunds
Please send us an email with your order & tracking number to hello@flaxlinen.com to confirm that we have received the items. We will send you an email with a confirmation of refund once the refund has been processed.
If you have not received a refund 5 business days after receiving your refund confirmation email notification from flaxlinen.com please contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Important Note
You will be responsible to pay for shipping costs when returning items or when returning exchanged items unless they are deemed damaged or defective upon arrival to you.
You should always use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure to note and retain your tracking number in any case where your package does not arrive to our warehouse, we will need to verify that it was sent and a tracking number will be required to do so. We do not guarantee that we will receive and refund your returned item if you are unable to provide us with a tracking number for the honest sake of verification of the exchange or return.
